Begin your order by selecting the size, colour, and product type that best fit your vision—whether that’s custom wall art, a personalised hoodie, or a photo travel mug. Before adding to the basket, note down all your requirements, including text, names, dates, locations, quotes, or images you’d like included.

You can submit your customisation details via the product’s dedicated personalisation box. For more complex requests or prepared design documents, simply email us at hello@wildpeaks.co.uk with your order number. If you’d like to discuss your ideas ahead of time, our team is happy to help before purchase.

Once we receive your requirements, you’ll get a digital design preview showing exactly how your customisation will appear on your chosen product—be it a map art, a trail print hoodie, or a travel keepsake mug. Please check and approve your proof so we can bring your design to life. This proofing process ensures accuracy and complete customer satisfaction.

Our standard turnaround for personalised  or customised travel gifts is:

• Up to 5 working days after approval for dispatch, unless specified otherwise.

Customised Art Posters & Wall Art

• Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth, microfiber duster, or soft brush to gently remove dust without scratching the surface. Avoid water or cleaning solutions as these can damage the paper.
• Avoid direct sunlight and humidity, as prolonged UV exposure may, over the years, fade colors.
• Minimize touching the surface; consider putting the art behind UV-protective glass or acrylic. Alternatively, use clean hands to prevent oil transfer.

Customised or personalised hoodies or t-shirts

• Do not iron directly on the printed area.  Iron inside out on low heat, or use a cloth barrier between the iron and the printed design.
• Air dry whenever possible. If you have to tumble dry, use low heat, as this will prevent the print from cracking and maintain fabric integrity.
• 30°C or 86 °F to ensure the hoodie lasts longer. Although hoodies are a great way to show off your adventure, they are not as permanent as wall art, as they depend on how much wear it, how detailed the design is, and how well you care for it. It may eventually start showing some signs of wear.

Customised and personalised mugs, bottles etc.

• Hand wash recommended to extend print life; if dishwasher safe, use the top rack with gentle settings.

• Avoid abrasive sponges or cleaners that can scratch or fade the print.

• Do not microwave unless explicitly stated safe, as the print or mug might be damaged.
