Processing & Delivery Times

Processing Times
Personalised products are processed within 3-5 working days.

Custom requests for products take between 3  working days and 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order.

All other products are processed within 1-3 business days.

**Please allow time at the beginning of your order for us to discuss your requirements and for you to review the design.

Processing times are subject to change during busy periods.

Delivery Times

Our delivery times are 3-5 business days within the United Kingdom and Europe. This is calculated from dispatch.

For international orders, delivery times vary between 5 and 21 business days.

Some deliveries may qualify for local import duty and/or VAT on entry. All duties charged by the destination authorities are the responsibility of the recipient, and you should check with the Tax and Customs administration in your country before purchasing any goods.

Returns

If for any reason you’re not entirely happy with your order we’ll happily offer you a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds are given within 14 days of receiving your items. This includes product price and delivery charge but does not include the cost of returning the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty.

We do not offer refunds for sale items, custom made or personalised items unless faulty.

Cancellations

Since the majority of our products are made to order, once the order has been processed and your item(s) are in production we cannot guarantee that cancellation can be processed before dispatch. In this case, please follow our returns policy.

Order Amendments

On our made to order products we offer a proofing service. Once this has been received and approved  we cannot make any further amends.

Damaged Products

If your item has arrived damaged or faulty please get in touch at hello@wildpeaks.co.uk and we will do our best to help.
