Our custom orders let you take part in the design process so you receive a one-of-a-kind creation that reflects your story, your travels, and your style.

How it works

  1. Submit Your Request – Contact us and share your ideas.  Send us any sketches or images, or text that you may have. The more detail, the better!
  2. Quote & Order Payment: We’ll review your request and provide a price with the payment link.  Once you’re happy, you can proceed with payment.
  3. Design: We’ll create a design based on your ideas and send you a preview for your approval.
  4. Production – After you approve the design, your custom piece will be made.
  5. Delivery – Your custom piece ships straight to you, ready to wear, hang, or gift.

We’ll provide a clear quote before starting any work. Timelines vary, but design and production typically between 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on complexity.

When considering birthday or Christmas gifts, please allow time at the beginning of your order for us to discuss your requirements and for you to review the design. This initial collaboration helps us ensure every detail is just right before your keepsake is created and shipped.

What is your return or refund policy on custom orders?

We do not offer refunds for sale items, custom made or personalised items unless faulty.
