We’ll review your request and provide a price with the payment link. Once you’re happy, you can proceed with payment.
3. Design
We’ll create a design based on your ideas and send you a preview for your approval.
4. Production
After you approve the design, your custom piece will be made.
5. Delivery
Your custom piece ships straight to you, ready to wear, hang, or gift.

Pricing varies because every project is unique. The final cost depends on the size and format, the level of detail and customisation required, and the materials used. We’ll always provide a clear quote for your approval before any work begins.
Should I order early for birthday or Christmas gifts?
Yes. For special occasions such as birthdays and Christmas, we recommend ordering well in advance. The process includes an initial review of your design request, followed by creation of your design and review and approval stage.
Allowing extra time helps ensure every detail is perfect before your keepsake is created and shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are in the hands of the postal or courier service and are outside our control. Ordering early helps avoid any unexpected delays and gives your gift the best chance of arriving in plenty of time for the special occasion.
